How To Speak With Lou Williams

Lou Williams was a star athlete at South Gwinnett High School, where he won the following awards: 

  • Third-Team Parade All-American (2004) 
  • Mr. Georgia Basketball (2005) 
  • First-Team Parade All-American (2005) 
  • McDonald’s All-American (2005) 
  • Naismith Prep Player of the Year (2005) 
  • Participated in the Nike Hoop Summit and Jordan Brand Classic 

Right after high school, he went straight to the leauge and was picked by the 76ers at 45th overall!   

Since then Lou Williams has had epic season after epic season where he averaged 22.6 points (2017-2018), 3 rebounds (2016-2017), and 5.4 assists (2018-2019) & won the Six-Man of the Year Award three times in his career (2015, 2018, and 2019). 

Lou Williams is tied with Jamal Crawford for the most Six Man of the Year Award, cementing him as one of, if not the, greatest sixth men of all time, not to mention he has the record for most points scored off the bench.
